Terms of Sale and Legal Notice

1. Seller

Houlou's Coloring Book is sold by RLBX, a French simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU), registered under SIREN 995 302 668, registered office: 4 rue Félix Ménétrier, 44300 Nantes, France. Publication director: Régis Lagos. Contact: contact@rlbx.tech.

Website hosting: GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). File hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. Payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Product

Two digital products are offered, for children aged about 3 to 7:

Houlou's Coloring Book: one printable PDF file (23 A4 pages, including 20 coloring pages);
Houlou's Coloring Pack: four printable PDF files — Houlou's Coloring Book, Houlou's Big Adventures and Houlou's Happy Holidays (20 coloring pages each), plus Houlou's Mystery Pictures (10 color-by-number pages with their answers).

No physical item is shipped. You need a device able to open PDF files and, to color the pages, a printer.

3. Price and payment

Prices are €4.90 for the Coloring Book and €11.99 for the Coloring Pack, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is not in euros. Payment is made by card through Stripe's secure checkout; RLBX never sees or stores your card details.

4. Delivery

The download links are shown immediately after payment, and a receipt is sent to the email address you give at checkout. If you have any trouble downloading the file, write to contact@rlbx.tech and we will send it to you.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once the download is made available, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28, 13°). You give this agreement at checkout. If the file is defective or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

6. Licence

The book is for personal, family and classroom use: you may print the pages as many times as you like for your own children or pupils. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or redistribute the PDF or its pages. Houlou and his friends are original characters owned by RLBX.

7. Personal data

We only use the information you give at checkout (name, email, country) to process your order, send your receipt and answer your requests. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller. You can ask to access or delete your data at contact@rlbx.tech.

8. Complaints and mediation

For any question or complaint, contact us first at contact@rlbx.tech. If no solution is found, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), www.cm2c.net.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
